1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older.

2. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must reside in the Beach Cities Television broadcast range as  Time Warner Cable's index for the Los Angeles and Orange County designated market areas. 

3. Employees of Beach Cities Television, Time Warner Cable and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. 

4. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Beach Cities Television Contest in any given calendar month.

5. For prizes valued over $600.00, an individual household can only win one Station Contest per calendar year.

6. Upon notification of potential prize award, all prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of

the company at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within forty-five (45) days of winning. The winner will also have the option of having the prize award or prize certificates sent to them by the station via Fed Ex.

1. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

3. For a list of prizewinners send a separate self-addressed envelope to company address below. 

4. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Beach Cities Television, Time Warner Cable and any other sponsors accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder. 

5. Beach Cities Television cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information. 

6. Beach Cities Television reserves the right to make rules and contests changes and change the aforementioned contest dates. 

7. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

8. By participating in the Contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of  the prize.
