By entering, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. Limit one entry per e-mail address, per household, per day.

2. ELIGIBILITY:
This contest is open only to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Mountain High Resort, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and any agents involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers) and any other person/entity associated with Beach Cities Television contest ("Watch to Win!") and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Beach Cities Television is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Beach Cities Television is not responsible for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in or accessing or downloading information in connection with this promotion. Beach Cities Television reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contest or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the contest as determined by Beach Cities Television, in its sole discretion.

3. RANDOM DRAWING:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on a weekly basis commencing Jan. 12, 2009, from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Two Grand Prizes will be selected in a random drawing on February 28, 2009 and March 31, 2009. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Potential Winners may be required to respond to an Address Verification /Prize Acceptance Form within 14 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Winners will be notified by mail/e-mail each week of the contest. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Beach Cities Television reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Beach Cities Television, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Beach Cities Television is not responsible for acts of God or events beyond its control, such as weather, strikes, etc. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to Beach Cities Television and its agencies/affiliates to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
